2. Products & Availability

All products are produced on demand in small batches. Minor variations in color, print placement or finish are part of the production process and do not constitute defects. Product images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely at checkout through the payment methods offered. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal and our return conditions are described in our Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images and content on this website are the property of SupremX-Eagle and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as in cases of mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
