At SupremX-Eagle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@supremx.store with your order number before the 14-day period expires, then return the item to the address we provide.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items that are personalized or made to your specification may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
- For hygiene reasons, mugs and caps must be unused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@supremx.store with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
